Neil Vinod Mehta, of Pompano Beach, Florida, a stockbroker registered with JPMorgan Securities, LLC, was terminated from employment on October 18, 2016, based upon allegations that he failed to provide customers with the correct prices for investments on mutual funds effected in the customer’s account.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on May 17, 2017, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Mehta’s conduct, in which the customer requested $44,583.71 in damages based upon allegations that Mehta made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer concerning mutual funds.
