Joseph Don Malboeuf of Colchester Vermont a stockbroker currently registered with LPL Financial LLC is referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint which was settled for $85,000.00 in damages on July 19, 2020 founded on accusations that the customer’s account was not properly allocated in mutual funds according to their instructions between October 1, 2019 and April 1, 2020 when Malboeuf was associated with LPL Financial.

This is Malboeuf’s second time being accused of sales practice violations by a customer of a securities broker dealer. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally shows that a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Malboeuf’s conduct was resolved for $102,959.65 in damages supported by allegations that Malboeuf misrepresented an investment when he was associated with Edward Jones. According to the complaint, the customer was told about a bond that would pay more than eight percent interest and which would be backed by the government. The complaint alleges that the customer was placed into a preferred stock instead.

Malboeuf was associated with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation from October 8, 2013 to June 5, 2018. He has been registered with LPL Financial as a stockbroker and an investment adviser representative since June 1, 2018.
