Jordan David Samelson of Huntington New York a stockbroker currently registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was settled for $200,000.00 in damages supported by accusations of unauthorized trades during the period that Samelson was associated with Wells Fargo Clearing Services. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 20-01019 (Dec. 15, 2020).

Samelson has been identified in four more customer initiated investment related disputes involving allegations of his wrongdoing while employed by Banc of America Investment Services Inc. and Quick Reilly Inc. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Samelson’s conduct in which the customer sought compensatory damages based upon accusations of an unsuitable closed end fund trade by Samelson while he was registered with Quick Reilly.

Another customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Samelson’s activities where the customer requested compensatory damages founded on allegations of misrepresentation relating to mutual fund transactions at Banc of America Investment Services. Samelson is referenced in a different customer initiated investment related written complaint in which the customer sought compensatory damages supported by accusations that income distributions had been misappropriated by Samelson while he was registered with Banc of America Investment Services.

An additional customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Samelson’s conduct where the customer requested $75,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of Samelson misrepresenting variable annuity terms. The complaint also alleges that the customer’s investments in mutual funds had been mishandled which resulted in damages.

Samelson was also registered with Morgan Stanley as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative between June 1, 2009 and May 13, 2016. He has been registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative since April 29, 2016.
