John Joseph Santariello of Coram, New York, a stockbroker registered with Arive Capital Markets, has been barred from associating with any Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member in any capacity based upon allegations that Santariello failed to pay a FINRA arbitration customer award against him for more than $420,000. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-02196 (Jan. 10, 2022).

The Statement of Claim alleged that Santariello churned the customer’s account and made excessive and unsuitable transactions when Santariello was associated with Arive Capital Markets.

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Santariello is referenced in other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Santariello’s conduct while associated with securities broker dealers, including KC Ward Financial. On October 28, 2014, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Santariello’s conduct was settled for $30,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Santariello made unsuitable and excessive transactions in connection with the recommendation and sale of equities options when Santariello was associated with KC Ward Financial. John Santariello was associated with Arive Capital Markets in Coram, NY, from July 5, 2016 to October 8, 2018.
