James Lee Greene (also known as Herbie Greene) of Boca Raton Florida a stockbroker currently registered with National Securities Corporation is referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $100,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that they invested in an unsuitable private placement because of Greene when he was associated with National Securities Corp. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-03327 (September 24, 2020).

This is the second time that Greene has been accused of misconduct relating to a customer of a securities broker dealer. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Greene’s activities was settled for $7,087.30 in damages supported by allegations that Greene made misrepresentations regarding a variable universal life insurance policy that he sold while associated with Ameriprise Financial Services.

Greene was also registered as a stockbroker of First Command Financial Planning Inc. between August 20, 2007, and February 16, 2018, and as an investment adviser representative of First Command Advisory Services between December 15, 2015, and February 16, 2018. He is currently registered with National Securities Corporation, National Asset Management Inc., and B. Riley Wealth Management.
