Annuity fraud

Sonnie Lee Lehman of Milford Pennsylvania a stockbroker currently registered with Nationwide Securities LLC is referenced in a customer initiated investment related civil action in which the customer sought $500,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that the customer’s fixed and variable annuity purchases were not suitable for the customer. Case No. 2200-2012-CIVIL (Aug. 6, 2015).

FINRA Public Disclosure additionally reveals that on October 18, 2012, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Lehman’s conduct where the customer requested damages estimated to exceed $5,000.00 based upon allegations that the customer was not provided correct information concerning insurance company ratings at the time that an insurance product was purchased by the customer.
