Theodore Michael Jenkin, a stockbroker from Alpharetta, Georgia, was terminated from his employer, Investacorp, Inc. based upon allegations that Jenkin did not abide by his firm’s procedures and policies concerning investments not authorized by the firm for Jenkin to sell to his customers. Since September 10, 2015, Jenkin has been registered with Kestra Investments Services, LLC.
FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that Jenkin has been named in two customer arbitrations involving allegations of his misconduct. Particularly, on April 13, 2009, a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Jenkin’s conduct was settled for $81,202.71 in damages based upon allegations that Jenkin made unsuitable bond recommendations to the customer.
Additionally, on July 6, 2012, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim concerning Jenkins’ conduct, in which the customer requested $750,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Jenkin effected unsuitable and unauthorized transactions in the customer’s investment account.
