Heather Peterson Weber (also known as Heather Adrienne Weber) of Clearwater, Florida, a stockbroker currently registered with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith Incorporated, is referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $125,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Weber made misrepresentations and provided unsuitable investment recommendations during the time that she was associated with Merrill Lynch. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 19-02789 (November 17, 2020).

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Weber has been identified in nine additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing accusations of her conduct while employed by securities broker dealers, including Salomon Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch. On December 21, 2017, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Weber’s activities was settled for $265,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Weber made misrepresentations and provided unsuitable investment advice. FINRA Arbitration No. 16-01835.

On August 13, 2018, another customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim concerning Weber’s conduct was resolved for $95,000.00 in damages supported by accusations of unsuitable investment recommendations and misrepresentation of information relating to options trading by Weber and Merrill Lynch. FINRA Arbitration No. 17-00600.

Weber is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was settled for $92,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Webber misrepresented information and made unsuitable investment recommendations relating to again relating to options’ trading when Weber was employed by Merrill Lynch.

Weber is also identified in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $225,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Weber misrepresented information including risk concerning the trading in options while she was registered with Merrill Lynch. FINRA Arbitration No. 17-00599 (October 30, 2019). The claim also alleges that Weber provided defectgive investment advice in connection with her options trading.

Since March 20, 2006, Weber has been associated with Merrill Lynch as both a stockbroker and investment adviser representative.
