Paul Robert Nitz, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, a stockbroker currently registered with HD Vest Investment Services, has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on July 13, 2016, in which the customer requested $528,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Nitz made unsuitable equity investment recommendations to the customer, made misrepresentations to the customer concerning the risks associated with certain stocks, and effected unsuitable transactions in the customer’s investment account.
