Charles Robert Eloff Jr., of Arlington, Texas, a stockbroker formerly registered with H. Beck, Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint on October 25, 2016, wherein the customer’s claim is based upon accusations that Eloff effected unsuitable direct investment program transactions in the customer’s account.

Further, FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that a customer initiated investment related civil action regarding Eloff was settled on December 9, 1994, for $27,500.00 in damages supported by allegations of misrepresentation, fraud, negligence and breach of contract while Eloff was associated with Baker, Eloff & White

Since June 27, 2014, Eloff Jr. has been registered with LPL Financial LLC.
