Glenn Patrick Lattz of Lady Lake Florida a stockbroker formerly registered with Gradient Securities LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim which was resolved for $65,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that the customer’s annuity accounts had been liquidated which resulted in undue losses and penalties. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 18-01227 (Aug. 8, 2019).

Lattz has been identified in three additional customer initiated investment related disputes concerning accusations of his misconduct while employed by Gradient Securities, Premier Financial Resources, Prudential Insurance Company and Legacy Financial Services. FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that Lattz is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was settled for $17,739.00 in damages founded on allegations that a funding proposal for a life insurance policy had been misrepresented by Lattz while he was associated with Prudential and Premier.

Another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Lattz’s conduct in which the customer sought $9,299.66 in damages based upon accusations that the customer was provided inaccurate information relating to the purchase of a universal life insurance policy through Lattz at Legacy Financial Services. Lattz is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint where the customer requested $7,200.00 in damages supported by allegations of suitability.

Lattz has been sanctioned twice by a Florida securities regulator. He was fined $10,000.00 and ordered by Florida Office of Financial Regulation to cease and desist violating Florida law founded on accusations of Lattz using advertising materials that contained misleading, unwarranted or exaggerated representations. He has also been fined $3,500.00 and placed on probation by Florida Department of Financial Services based upon allegations of his misrepresentation with respect to the conditions and terms of a customer’s annuity.

Lattz’s registration with Gradient Securities was terminated on June 1, 2018.
