Andrew Montgomery Costa of Fort Lauderdale Florida a stockbroker formerly registered with G.F. Investment Services LLC is referenced in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer sought $100,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of negligence and breach of fiduciary in reference to real estate security transactions executed in the customer’s investment account. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 18-00798 (Mar. 1, 2018).

FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that Costa is referenced in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to accusations of Costa’s wrongdoing while employed by G.F. Investment Services LLC. In particular, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim involving Costa’s conduct where the customer requested $700,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that real estate securities were inappropriately sold to the customer. FINRA Arbitration No. 18-00695 (Feb. 26, 2018).

Another customer filed an investment related arbitration claim concerning Costa’s activities in which the customer sought $750,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that Costa recommended and ultimately facilitated the customer’s real estate security and fixed annuity purchases even though the investments were not suitable for the customer. FINRA Arbitration No. 18-00600 (Feb. 26, 2018).

Costa’s registration with G.F. Investment Services LLC was terminated on August 8, 2017. He became employed by Madison Avenue Securities, LLC on August 7, 2017. Costa’s first employer, Costa Financial Securities, Inc., has been expelled by FINRA on March 4, 2008.
