Eric Lloyd Vogen of Davidson North Carolina a stockbroker currently registered with FSC Securities Corporation is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was resolved on March 20, 2017 for $15,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that the customer was not provided information about income benefit provisions on a variable annuity.

FINRA Public Disclosure additionally reveals that on February 14, 2011, a customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Vogen’s conduct where the customer sought $106,494.63 in damages founded on accusations that the customer was not made aware of variable annuity universal life insurance policy risk factors. The customer was apparently told that a one-time payment would suffice to keep the policy in force and was not advised about her principal not being guaranteed.
