Christian A. Paul of Dallas Texas a stockbroker formerly registered with Worth Financial Group Inc. has been has been barred from associating with any Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member in any capacity supported by accusations that he failed to cooperate with FINRA’s request for information about his business activities. Case No. 2016051795501 (July 10, 2017).

FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that on April 7, 2017, Paul was notified by FINRA that he would be suspended effective May 1, 2017. Paul neglected to cooperate with FINRA so that his suspension could be lifted by July 9, 2017. Consequently, he was automatically barred in all capacities by FINRA.

Paul was terminated from Worth Financial Group on October 24, 2016 based upon allegations that he neglected to make required regulatory disclosures.
