Stacy Elizabeth Cheney-Jamison of Boca Raton Florida a stockbroker formerly registered with CUNA Brokerage Services Inc. has been barred from associating with any Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member in any capacity based upon consenting to findings that she failed to provide documentation and information to FINRA in an investigation into allegations of Cheney-Jamison selling away from the firm and falsifying customer account documentation. Letter of Acceptance Waiver and Consent No. 2017055219801 (May 8, 2018).

According to the AWC, on April 5, 2018, FINRA sent Cheney-Jamison a request for her documentation and information as part of FINRA’s investigation into accusations of Cheney-Jamison falsifying customer documents and engaging in private securities transactions. Cheney-Jamisons’ counsel reportedly contacted FINRA on April 9, 2018, revealing that Cheney-Jamison had no plans to provide any information that was sought from her by FINRA staff. FINRA found that Cheney-Jamison’s failure to cooperate in this regard was violative of FINRA Rules 2010 and 8210.

FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that Cheney-Jamison has been referenced in two customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to allegations of her violative conduct during the time that she was employed by Cuna Brokerage Services Inc. and American Express Financial Advisors Inc. Particularly, on September 30, 2004, a customer brought an investment related complaint concerning Cheney-Jamison’s conduct in which the customer requested $8,244.00 in damages founded on accusations that the customer was misled with respect to the purchase of a fixed annuity.

Subsequently, on March 12, 2018, a customer brought an investment related complaint pertaining to Cheney-Jamison’s conduct in which the customer requested $350,000.00 in damages based upon accusations including unauthorized transactions, violation of the Georgia Securities Act, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract. FINRA Arbitration No. 18-00332 (Mar. 12, 2018).

Cheney-Jamison’s registration with CUNA Brokerage Services has been terminated as of August 1, 2017.
