Lori C. Weaver, of Renton Washington, a stockbroker formerly registered with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on March 22, 2017, in which the customer requested $70,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Weaver effected unsuitable and illiquid real estate investment trust transactions in the customer’s account.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on March 16, 2017, a customer filed an investment related written complaint regarding Weaver’s activities, based upon allegations that Weaver made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer concerning life insurance, long term care insurance, annuities and real estate securities.
