Eric Todd Stuckey of Suwanee Georgia a stockbroker currently employed by Invest Financial Corporation is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim where the customer requested $220,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that Stuckey (1) made misrepresentations to the customer concerning the terms and risks of variable annuity investments and (2) made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 18-01847 (May 14, 2018).

FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that Stuckey is referenced in four additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of Stuckey’s misconduct while employed by Invest Financial Corporation and Royal Alliance Associates Inc. Particularly, on September 19, 2008, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Stuckey’s conduct in which the customer alleged that Stuckey inappropriately advised the customer about equities investments.

On August 4, 2015, another customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Stuckey’s activities where the customer sought $5,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that the customer was placed in a variable annuity investment that was not suitable for the customer. Thereafter, a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Stuckey’s conduct was settled for $14,750.00 in damages based upon allegations that the customer’s assets were concentrated by Stuckey in three energy sector investments and that a market-timing strategy was utilized by Stuckey in the customer’s accounts. FINRA Arbitration No. 16-01532 (Oct. 11, 2016).

Moreover, on May 7, 2018, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Stuckey’s conduct in which the customer requested $79,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that an aggressive variable annuity sub-account allocation had been selected for the customer which failed to conform to the customer’s tolerance for risk.

Stuckey’s registration with Invest Financial Corporation was terminated on January 4, 2018. Since January 2, 2018, he has been registered with Ameriprise Financial Services Inc.
