Eric Todd Stuckey of Suwanee Georgia a stockbroker formerly registered with Invest Financial Corporation is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim where the customer sought $220,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that the customer had not been told about risks relating to investments sold by Stuckey during the time that he was associated with Invest Financial Corporation. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 18-01847 (May 18, 2018).

According to the claim, misrepresentations and omissions had been made to the customer concerning the risks of investments which were purchased through the stockbroker. The claim also alleges that investment recommendations were not suitable as it pertained to a variable annuity sold by Stuckey.

Stuckey has been identified in four more customer initiated investment related disputes concerning accusations of his misconduct while employed by Royal Alliance Associates and Invest Financial Corporation. FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that a customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Stuckey’s activities where the customer sought unspecified damages founded on accusations that the Royal Alliance Associates customer was provided bad advice about a common or preferred stock transaction.

Stuckey is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on August 4, 2015 in which the customer requested more than $5,000.00 in estimated damages supported by allegations that investments including a variable annuity sold by Stuckey had failed to be suitable for the Invest Financial Corporation customer. Another customer initiated investment related arbitration claim pertaining to Stuckey’s conduct was settled for $14,750.00 in damages based on accusations of a bad market timing strategy being used by Stuckey in the Invest Financial Corporation customer’s accounts. FINRA Arbitration No. 16-01532 (Oct. 11, 2016). The claim alleges that the customer’s investment portfolio had been overconcentrated in three energy sector mutual funds which led the customer to suffer losses.

On May 7, 2018, a customer initiated investment related complaint regarding Stuckey’s conduct was resolved for $25,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that the Invest Financial Corporation customer’s subaccount allocation failed to be appropriate given the risks.

Stuckey’s registration with Invest Financial Corporation has been terminated as of January 4, 2018. Since January 2, 2018, he has been registered as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative of Ameriprise Financial Services.
