Dominic Joseph Linsalata Jr. of Boca Raton Florida a stockbroker formerly registered with Dawson James Securities Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer sought $80,013.13 in damages supported by accusations that (1) misrepresentations had been made to the customer concerning equity investments and (2) excessive equity trades had been placed in the customer’s account between April of 2013 and April of 2018. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 18-02658 (July 30, 2018).

FINRA Public Disclosure additionally confirms that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim concerning Linsalata’s activities was settled for $175,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that during the time Linsalata was associated with Dawson James Securities, Inc., recommendations made to the customer were not suitable in regard to the customer’s investments in private placements and stock products. FINRA Arbitration No. 15-02669 (Mar. 3, 2017).

Linsalata’s registration with Dawson James Securities Inc. has been terminated as of August 24, 2016. Since July 28, 2016, Linsalata has been employed by Newbridge Securities Corporation.
