David Michael Pintaric of Youngstown Ohio is a stockbroker formerly employed by WRP Investments Inc. who is referenced in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on September 18, 2017 where the customer requested $828,583.00 in damages founded on accusations that inappropriate promissory notes transactions had been effected in the customer’s account. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 17-02496 (Sept. 18, 2017).

FINRA Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on April 1, 2016, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim involving Pintaric’s conduct, in which the customer sought $345,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that promissory notes transactions were inadequately supervised and that the investments were not suitable for the customer. FINRA Arbitration No. 16-00907 (Apr. 1, 2016).

Pintaric’s registration with WRP Investments, Inc. was terminated as of July 15, 2016. Since September 12, 2014, Pintaric has been associated with SA Stone Wealth Management Inc.
