Brandon Christopher Oliver, of Hunt Valley, Maryland, a stockbroker formerly registered with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim, which settled on June 8, 2016, for $25,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Oliver, inter alia, made misrepresentations to the customer concerning the surrender of the customer’s variable annuity contract.

Oliver’s registration with Morgan Stanley was terminated on July 1, 2016. Since August 24, 2016, he has been registered with International Assets Advisory, LLC.
