Michael A. Valdini, of Garden City, New York, a stockbroker with Worden Capital Management LLC, is subject to a pending customer dispute from April 2, 2015, in which the customer requested damages of $125,956.33 in connection with allegations against Valdini of negligent supervision, charging of excessive commissions, overconcentration of the customer’s assets, unsuitability, unauthorized trading in the customer’s account, misrepresentation, churning, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Public Disclosure records also reveal that on October 24, 2014, Valdini settled a customer dispute for $350,000.00 in damages, after a customer alleged negligence, overconcentration of the customer’s assets, failure to supervise, churning, unsuitability, and unauthorized trading in the customer’s investment account.
