Craig Allen Leppien of Traverse City Michigan a stockbroker formerly registered with Cetera Investment Services LLC is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on April 16, 2019 where the customer requested $41,338.86 in damages based upon accusations that unauthorized transactions were executed by the stockbroker when he was associated with Cetera Investment Services.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that this is not the first time that Leppien has been accused of wrongful trading by a customer of a securities broker dealer. In fact, a customer initiated investment related complaint concerning Leppien’s conduct was settled for $37,500.00 in damages on June 4, 2018 supported by allegations that during the time that Leppien was employed by Cetera Investment Services, he failed to disclose information relating to his stock and corporate debt trades placed in the customer’s account.

Leppien’s registration with Cetera Investment Services was terminated on June 4, 2018. Since May 15, 2018, he has been registered with Cambridge Investment Research Inc.
