Cindy Lucille Porto Chiellini of Lexington, South Carolina, a stockbroker currently registered with Centaurus Financial Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $70,000.00 in damages founded on allegations of unsuitable real estate securities and corporate bonds being recommended by Chiellini during the time that she was registered with Centaurus Financial, Cetera Financial Group, and JP Turner Company. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 21-02379 (January 18, 2022).

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Chiellini has been identified in forty additional customer initiated investment related disputes regarding accusations of her conduct while employed by securities broker dealers, including Centaurus Financial, Cetera Financial Group, and JP Turner Company. Chiellini is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was settled for $17,500.00 on February 25, 2020, based upon allegations of the customer’s account being overconcentrated in investments that resulted in losses.

On August 10, 2020, another investor filed a civil action involving Chiellini’s activities where the investor sought compensatory damages supported by accusations of the breach of fiduciary duty and sale of unsuitable investments to the investor from 2013 to 2019. Civil Action No. 2019-CP-32-02636. The lawsuit alleges misrepresentation by the stockbroker at Centaurus Financial.

Chiellini is also identified in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $22,500.00 in damages founded on allegations that Chiellini breached a fiduciary duty to the customer and had misrepresented information relating to the customer’s CD and corporate bond investments at Centaurus Financial, Cetera Financial Group, and JP Turner Company between 2011 and 2020. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-01404 (February 26, 2021).

Chiellini is the subject of another customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was settled for $5,000.00 in damages based upon accusations of breach of fiduciary duty and overconcentration of the customer’s investments in real estate securities, corporate debt investments, and CDs when Chiellini was associated with Centaurus Financial, JP Turner Company, and Cetera Financial Group. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-00815 (April 14, 2021).

On June 2, 2021, a different customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim regarding Chiellini’s conduct was resolved for $42,500.00 in damages supported by allegations that between 2011 and 2018, Chiellini misrepresented corporate bonds and real estate securities. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-00616. The claim also alleges a breach of fiduciary duty by the stockbroker.

On July 21, 2021, an additional customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim concerning Chiellini’s activities was settled for $11,250.00 in damages founded on allegations of misrepresentation and breach of fiduciary duty from 2012 and 2020 as it pertained to CDs, real estate securities, and corporate bonds. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-01073.

Chiellini is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $10,000.00 in damages based upon accusations of bad advice by Chiellini relating to certificates of deposit and corporate bond investments while Chiellini was employed by JP Turner Company and Cetera Financial Group. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-03893 (December 14, 2021).

Chiellini has been registered with Centaurus Financial as a stockbroker since May 19, 2015.
