Christopher Michael Zelesnick of Nashville Tennessee a stockbroker formerly employed by Impactive Advisors LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related civil action in which the customer sought $7,250,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that between 2013 and 2017: (1) the customer had been defrauded and (2) the customer’s funds had been misappropriated or otherwise converted through a private placement offering. Case No. 3:17-CV-01258 (Apr. 8, 2019).

This is not the first time that Zelesnick has been accused of bad trading by a customer of a securities broker dealer. Specifically, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that Zelesnick is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim where the customer was awarded compensatory damages based upon Zelesnick being found liable on the customer’s claims of false or misleading statements and omissions in regard to the securities transactions he executed during the period in which he was associated with Old Discount Stockbrokers.

Zelesnick’s employment with Impactive Advisors has been terminated as of June 2, 2017. Since May 25, 2018, he has been registered with Allstate Financial Services LLC.
