Christiane Olsen of New York New York a stockbroker formerly registered with UBS Financial Services Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on August 3, 2020, where the customer requested compensatory damages founded on accusations of Olsen selling them unsuitable corporate bonds and notes while she was registered with UBS Financial Services. According to the complaint, those investments were inappropriate given the customer’s investment profile and requests for principal protection and low-risk investing.

Olsen has been identified in two more customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of her misconduct while employed by UBS Financial Services. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that a customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Olsen’s activities in which they sought $300,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that the customer’s portfolio had been managed negligently during the period that Olsen was employed by UBS Financial Services. The complaint alleges that unsuitable investments were held in the customer’s account. According to the complaint, Olsen misrepresented information relating to their portfolio.

On February 16, 2016, another customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Olsen’s conduct. The customer requested compensatory damages supported by allegations of the failure to execute by Olsen. The complaint alleges that the customer wished to liquidate stock positions, but her request was not followed, resulting in losses.

All complaints were denied by UBS Financial.

Olsen has been registered with UBS Financial Services as a stockbroker since August 23, 2002, and as an investment adviser representative since August 18, 2005.
