Charles Suhar (also known as Chuck Suhar) of Chardon Ohio a stockbroker formerly employed by The Huntington Investment Company has been suspended on July 20, 2018 from associating with any Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member in any capacity founded on allegations that Suhar failed to provide FINRA with information that was requested of him.

FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that Suhar had been provided a Notice of Suspension from FINRA on June 26, 2018, which revealed that Suhar’s failure to comply with FINRA’s request would result in Suhar’s suspension on July 20, 2018. Suhar has apparently been made aware that the failure to request a termination of the suspension by FINRA’s deadline of September 30, 2018 will result in Suhar being automatically barred by FINRA in all capacities.

On March 12, 2018, The Huntington Investment Company discharged Suhar supported by accusations that Suhar failed to make certain required disclosures to the firm in response to the firm’s inquiry of him.
