John Francis Wilson of Hingham Massachusetts a stockbroker formerly registered with Charles Schwab Co. Inc. has been permanently barred in all capacities by the Securities Division of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts based upon Wilson’s consent to findings that he forged a customer’s signature on an annuity application in violation of Sections 101 and 204(a)(2)(G) of Mass. Gen. Laws. Case No. E-2017-0117 (Feb. 16, 2018).

Wilson was terminated from Charles Schwab on September 2, 2016 founded on accusations that he inappropriately completed and signed a customer’s account documentation. Wilson was subsequently employed by Scottrade, Inc. but terminated on December 23, 2016 supported by allegations that he utilized unauthorized communication channels and effected business transactions without the firm’s approval.
