Charles Gilbert Kunzelman of Hamden Connecticut is a stockbroker currently registered with Citizens Securities Inc. who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on December 12 2016 where the customer sought eighty-one thousand dollars in damages based upon allegations that Kunzelman made misrepresentations to the customer concerning the costs and fees pertaining to market linked certificate of deposits investments.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Kunzelman has been identified in two customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to accusations of Kunzelman’s improper conduct while registered with Citizens Securities Inc. and CCO Investment Services Corp. Specifically, on October 24, 2011, a customer initiated investment related written complaint involving Kunzelman’s conduct was settled for $12,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that Kunzelman made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer concerning a unit investment trust; the investment was not appropriate in consideration of the customer’s tolerance for risk and age.

Subsequently, on June 15, 2015, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Kunzelman’s conduct in which the customer requested $81,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that Kunzelman made misrepresentations to the customer about the fees and costs relating to the customer’s market linked certificate of deposits.
