Bruce Edward Breeding of Malvern Pennsylvania a stockbroker formerly registered with Principal Securities Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on February 16, 2018 in which the customer requested $25,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that misrepresentations had been made concerning a variable universal life insurance policy purchased by the customer.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on December 27, 2006, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Breeding’s conduct where the customer sought $40,481.56 in damages founded on accusations of Breeding’s misrepresentations while he was associated with New England Financial; the customers were apparently led to believe that a variable universal life insurance policy would not require additional premiums to be paid.

Additionally, on September 28, 2011, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Breeding’s activities in which the customer requested unspecified damages supported by allegations that Breeding poorly advised the customer concerning the owner and beneficiary designations on a variable universal life insurance policy.

Breeding’s registration with Principal Securities, Inc. was terminated on December 31, 2017.
