Brian Charles Kennedy (also known as Brian Charles Fitton), of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, a stockbroker registered with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Kennedy made unsuitable recommendations of oil and gas investments when Kennedy was associated with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation. On March 24, 2022, a customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Kennedy’s conduct in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Kennedy made unsuitable recommendations of oil and gas investments. On April 5, 2022, a different customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Kennedy’s conduct in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Kennedy made unsuitable recommendations of oil and gas investments. Kennedy was associated with Concourse Financial Group Advisors in Birmingham, AL, as an investment advisor representative from October of 2018 to May of 2022; Concourse Financial Group Securities Inc. in Camp Hill, PA, as a stockbroker from October of 2018 to May of 2022; and Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation in Fort Wayne, IN, as a stockbroker from July of 2010 to October of 2018. On September 26, 2018, Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation discharged Kennedy based upon allegations of his use of associates to service certain insurance policies following Kennedy’s termination of appointment with the insurance carrier.
Kennedy has been associated with Cambridge Investment Research Advisors Inc. in Camp Hill, PA, as an investment advisor representative since May 5, 2022, and has been associated with Cambridge Investment Research Inc. in Camp Hill, PA, as a stockbroker since May 2, 2022.
