Brendan Bryan Behan, of Melville, New York, a stockbroker registered with Aegis Capital Corp, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $87,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Behan made unsuitable investment recommendations when Behan was associated with Aegis Capital Corp. FINRA Arbitration No. 21-00273 (May 26, 2022).

This is not the first time that Behan has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Behan’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Behan was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $67,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Behan engaged in unauthorized trading and churning and had made unsuitable investment recommendations when Behan was associated with Aegis Capital Corp. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-03965 (April 4, 2022).

Behan has been associated with D. Boral Capital in Woodbury, New York since March 4, 2024. He was associated with Aegis Capital Corp in Melville, New York from September 6, 2012 to March 28, 2024.
