Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on July 17, 2018 in which the customer sought $350,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that (1) the customer’s account was churned and (2) stock, mutual funds and exchange traded funds transactions effected in the customer’s account were unsuitable for the customer.
