Andrew J. Bransky, of Chicago, Illinois, a stockbroker formerly registered with Stifel Nicolaus Company Incorporated, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on April 22, 2020, where the customer sought compensatory damages founded on accusations of unsuitable investment recommendations by Bransky while he was associated with Stifel Nicolaus Company Incorporated. The complaint alleges that the customer sustained damages on common and preferred stock trades.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also shows that Bransky has been involved in a separate investment dispute relating to his activities at BC Ziegler and Company. The customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim was resolved for $65,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of an unsuitable private placement transaction resulting in damages.

Bransky was registered with BC Ziegler Company as a stockbroker between January 2, 2008, and March 16, 2018, and registered as an investment adviser representative between September 30, 2009, and March 16, 2018. Bransky has been a stockbroker and investment adviser representative of Stifel Nicolaus Company Incorporated since March 16, 2018.
