Gregory Alan Fulcher of Gonzales Louisiana a stockbroker currently employed by Ameriprise Financial Services Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on November 2, 2016 where the customer sought $15,745.13 in damages supported by allegations that (1) the customer was inappropriately guided to the purchase of a variable annuity (2) fees were never disclosed to the customer and (3) a variable annuity step-up feature was not discussed.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on September 26, 2016, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Fulcher’s conduct in which the customer requested $15,866.29 in damages based upon accusations that Fulcher made recommendations to the customer that were not suitable concerning a variable annuity, and neglected to inform the customer about the features and costs of investing in those products.
