
Alan Bartlett Harrison (also known as Bart Harrison), of Trussville, Alabama, a stockbroker registered with Concorde Investment Services LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $125,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Harrison was negligent, breached a contract, violated FINRA rules, and breached his fiduciary duties in connection with the sale of direct investments when Harrison was associated with Concorde Investment Services LLC. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Harrison is referenced in two other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Harrison’s conduct while associated with securities broker dealers. On November 4, 2022, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Harrison’s conduct in which the customer requested damages based upon allegations that Harrison made omissions of material fact about direct investments when Harrison was associated with Concorde Investment Services LLC. This complaint was closed with no further action taken by the customer.
On May 20, 2024, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Harrison’s conduct in which the customer requested more than $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Harrison made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of direct investments. The customer claimed he was unaware that a DST investment would not be changed to an UPREIT and stated that he would not have made the investment if he was aware of it.
Harrison has been associated with Concorde Investment Services LLC in Trussville, Alabama since May 6, 2015.
