Gary L. Glover, of John’s Creek, Georgia, a stockbroker with Sterne Agee Financial Services, Inc., is subject to a pending customer dispute from August 12, 2015, in which a customer has requested $800,000.00 in damages in connection with allegations against Glover of making unsuitable tenancy in common or TIC investment recommendations.
Public Disclosure records reveal that Glover has been subject to two previous customer disputes. On November 5, 2002, Glover settled a customer dispute after the customer alleged that Glover was responsible for the customer’s lack of diversification in the customer’s investment account. Glover was also subject to a customer dispute on August 16, 2001, in which the customer alleged that Glover made unsuitable investment recommendations, and did not apprise the customer of risks pertaining to margin debt.
