Rick J. Sande, of Melville, New York, is subject to a pending customer dispute from March 8, 2016, in which the customer requested $80,000.00 in damages after alleging that Sande engaged in unsuitable trading and churning in the customer’s account, and committed a breach of fiduciary duty.
According to Public Disclosure Records, Sande was also subject to a customer dispute from September 4, 2009, which Sande settled for $71,125.00 after a customer alleged that Sande engaged in unsuitable trades, churning, and traded in the customer’s account despite not having the proper authorization.
