Aaron Phillip Tellez of Las Vegas Nevada a stockbroker currently employed by Raymond James Financial Services is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on August 1, 2019 where the customer requested $123,670.00 in damages supported by accusations that (1) Tellez provided the customer bad advice concerning a variable annuity and (2) Tellez made inaccurate and misleading statements which led the customer to surrender an annuity policy that the customer would not have otherwise surrendered.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Tellez has been identified in three more customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of his misconduct while employed with Salomon Smith Barney and Citigroup GMI. Specifically, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Tellez’s conduct in which the customer sought unspecified damages founded on accusations of false or misleading statements concerning investments sold to the customer when Tellez was associated with Salomon Smith Barney.

Tellez is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint where the customer requested unspecified damages based upon accusations of misrepresentations having been made concerning an annuity Tellez sold to the customer during the time that the stockbroker was associated with Citigroup GMI. Another customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Tellez’s activities in which the customer sought $15,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that the customer’s investment instructions were not followed by Tellez.

Tellez has been registered with Raymond James Financial Services since December 11, 2017.
